And you can work or play in complete privacy – with a borderless view of your data.

Two high-contrast SVGA 3D OLED Microdisplays deliver fluid full-motion video in more than 16.7 million colors. Our highly responsive head-tracking system provides a full 360-degree angle of view. And the specially developed optics deliver a bright, crisp image with a nearly 40 deg field of view.

Weighing less than 8 oz, the Z800 3DVisor is compact and comfortable. While the OLED displays are only 0.59 inch diagonal, the picture is big – the equivalent of a 105-inch movie screen viewed at 12 feet!

Only OLED displays provide brilliant, rich colors in full 3D with no flicker and no screen smear. The patented OLED-on-silicon technology enhances the inherently fast refresh rates of OLED materials with on-chip signal processing and data buffering at each pixel site. This enables each pixel to continuously emit only the colors they are programmed to show.

Full-color data is buffered under every pixel to ensure flicker-free video with stereovision capability. The Z800’s head-tracking system enables users to experience their data in full 3D surround viewing with just a turn of the head. The headtracker comprises three compasses, three gyros, and three accelerometers, and it can track motion on all axes.

Virtual multiple monitors can also be simulated. Designers, publishers and engineers can view multiple drawings and renderings as if they were each laid out on an artist’s table, even in 3D.

The Z800 3DVisor integrates state-of-the-art audio with high-fidelity stereo sound and a built-in noise-canceling microphone system to place you INSIDE the virtual action.

but for u "less caring about the techniquial studd" people, it has a screen infront of ur face stuck on your eyes so u dont have to look at the tv . :D cool huh

Japanese Fighting Robots

this is one of the newist sensations across japan.
fighting robots!
walking human type robots at the size of an action man.
these are radio controled and can perform a number of different wresteling and fighting moves on each other.
the spec of the robot creation kit found at http://www.i4u.com/article2042.html
or u can just read it here under this video XD

heres a short video ofs some of the robots having a fight

Spec
Forget the Robosapien, here is the real deal. Sozbots exclusively sells a "fighting" Robot Kit from Japan called Kondo KHR-1. This robot is for instance used in the Robo-One Robot Fighting Tournaments

The Kondo KHR-1 Robot is 34cm high and weighs 1.2kg. The Robot comes unassembled in a box full of little parts and servos. The control unit of the Kondo KHR-1 communicates via RS-232 cable with a PC.
I guess some more hacking is necessary to make the robot wireless. The servos are highly controlable and especially made to move robot limbs. The Software bundled with the robot works on Windows XP and 2000. More details on sozbot's Robo-One-USA site.

Sozbots sells the Kondo KHR-1 for $1,645.00 plus $17 shipping.
This is some investment and clearly only something for the real robot fan. The others should rather stick with the Robosapien. I applaud sozbots to bring the Robot culture to the US.

The Secret Of The Imax theatre

tihs video explains in high detial, how the IMAX cinimas create the 3d movie experence!
imax cinima is one of todays closist steps to vertial reality. making the film to litrally jump out of the screen infront of your eyes. this 4 min clip explains all the wonders and mistories of how it works.

Enjoy XD

welcome

Welcome To My Media Blog.
